Marketing Operations Partners Adds Gospe, Pareja, Snyder, Teeling and Hunsaker as Associate Partners

Latest Team Members Lead New Marketing Operations Services For Sales Acceleration, Marketing Intrastructure, Customer Loyalty, Strategic Facilitation and ROI Management

June 27, 2006 — Santa Clara, Calif.   —   Marketing Operations Partners announced today that several thought leaders in the Silicon Valley marketing community have aligned with the firm as Associate Partners.  The new team members include marketing strategist Mike Gospe, lead generation specialist Chris Pareja, change management and alignment expert Ron Snyder, analyst relations authority Michael Teeling and customer loyalty guru and teacher Lynn Hunsaker.

"We've assembled a talented and diverse group of individuals who collectively have a vision of what marketing can be and the experience to help companies leverage Marketing Operations to reach new heights in operational discipline and accountability," said Gary M. Gospe is an accomplished leader and corporate executive with more than 20 years in the field. His expertise is in working with CEOs, CMOs, and marketing teams to architect and hone their marketing processes and plans. In this capacity, Mike frequently designs and facilitates team workshops to help structure and coordinate market- and product-requirements gathering processes, design and execute multi-faceted demand generation campaigns, and identify and resolve product management and product marketing roles and responsibilities issues. In addition, Mike also facilitates customer advisory board meetings in both the US and Europe. Mike is noted author, frequent speaker at VC and marketing forums and co-founder of the KickStart Alliance. For M.O. Partners, Gospe will offer "Do You Know the Voice of  Your Customers" and "Linking Positioning with Strategy" services and will be part of the Marketing Operations implementation team.

Pareja has spent the past dozen years specializing in expanding  businesses’ bottom lines in a variety of marketing, management and sales positions. Before launching his own marketing agency, LeadGenaires, he served as vice president of business development at Kassner, where he generated new marketing and design projects with companies such as Intel, ACCPAC, TechVentures Network and C&C Group. He has also served as a business development consultant; vice president of marketing and sales for Flowtix-Small Business Solutions; and director of US and Canadian field marketing for NAME Solutions Corp. Earlier, he held a several marketing and sales positions for Cambridge Technology Partners (now part of Novell). Chris recently founded B2B Power Exchange, a lead exchange forum for business development professionals targeting mid-sized and larger companies. For M.O. Partners, Pareja will offer an interactive workshop, "Bridging the Sales and Marketing Gap," and will be part of the Marketing Operations implementation team.

For the past 15 years, Snyder has run his own consulting company, Breakthrough, Inc., which has helped a variety of companies accelerate their revenue growth by improving their sales, marketing and product development alignment. His clients have included rapidly-growing companies, such as NetSuite, Exodus Commuications, Adobe and Macromedia, and large established companies, such as Hewlett-Packard, Synopsys, Cisco Systems, Agilent Technologies, Siemens and Philips. Prior to founding his own firm, Ron spent 11 years at Hewlett-Packard, where he was consistently recognized as a top performer in sales, marketing and management roles related to software, systems solutions and medical systems. He has been involved with Stanford’s ReVeL Lab, which researches and implements methods for launching new ventures in a very quick and sustainable manner. For M.O. Partners, Snyder will offer his "Synergizing for Results," "Visioning for Results," and "Managing Change for Results" methodologies, and will be part of the Marketing Operations implementation team.

Teeling is a 17-year veteran of the marketing and public relations industry with experience on both the corporate and agency side. He founded his own firm, INFLUENTIAL, in 2000 to provide management consulting to a variety of technology start-ups and established players with services spanning all marketing communications functions - either as an individual contributor or in an "acting director" capacity. In recent years, his consulting practice has focused on strategic but frequently overlooked areas such as industry analyst contract ROI and B2B technology brand creation. His blog, Buyer2Brand, communicates his progress while examining what makes a fearless B2B technology brand. For M.O. Partners, Teeling will offer his Industry Research ROI service, and be part of the Marketing Operations implementation team.

Hunsaker is a recognized expert in the field of customer loyalty. Before founding her own firm, ClearAction, Lynn served as marketing director, global quality director and voice of the customer manager for Applied Materials. Earlier, she was marketing services manager with Tragon; strategic information manager with Sonoco; and founder of her own market research firm, Business Insights. Lynn is an AMA Certified Professional Marketer, ASQ Certified Quality Manager, and Qualified Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Practitioner. She is also a past president of Silicon Valley AMA. Lynn currently teaches marketing, advertising and business clarsses at UC Berkeley Extension and San Jose State University.  For M.O. Partners, Hunsaker will offer the following results-oriented workshops:  "Customer Profitability Maximization," "Customer Loyalty Strategies," and "Driving Voice of the Customer Throughout the Organization."
